North Texas Nadadoes finished ninth at TAGS

The North Texas Nadadores (NTN) qualified 27 athletes for competition at the 2007 Texas Age Group Swimming (TAGS) Short Course Championship in Austin March 8-11. The fastest age 14 and under swimmers from the state of Texas compete during the weekend. The Nadadores finished in 9th place overall. The top eight finalists received medals.
Medal winners were for the Nadadores were Alexa Baran (Girls 10 and Under 50-yard Breaststroke, 100 Breaststroke), Kyle Derevyanik (Boys 10 and Under 100 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 50 Freestyle, 50 Butterfly), Curtis Goss (Boys 13 Year Old 100 Backstroke, 200 Backstroke, 100 Butterfly, 200 Butterfly, 400 Individual Medley), Jason Head (Boys 10 and Under 100 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 100 Backstroke, 50 Butterfly), Jacob McGough (Boys 14 Year Old 100 Backstroke, 200 Backstroke, 100 Butterfly, 200 Butterfly, 200 Breaststroke, 200 Individual Medley, 400 Individual Medley), Connor Nolan (Boys 14 Year Old 200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 1000 Freestyle, 1650 Freestyle, 200 Breaststroke, 200 Individual Medley, 400 Individual Medley), Kathleen Painter (Girls 14 Year Old 200 Backstroke), Claire Singley (Girls 14 Year Old 200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 1000 Freestyle, 1650 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 200 Butterfly, 400 Individual Medley), Ted Singley (Boys 13 Year Old 1650 Freestyle), Katelyn Sowinski (Girls 12 Year Old 200 Butterfly) and
Elise Weisert (Girls 12 Year Old 50 Breaststroke, 100 Breaststroke, 200 Breaststroke).
NTN is owned and operated by the Carroll ISD and trains at the CISD Aquatics Center in Southlake and has 200 swimmers on their team.
