Coppell’s girls soccer team advanced in the UIL playoffs Friday night after defeating Arlington Martin, 1-0, in the area round at Pennington Field in Bedford.

Laura Sadler scored the lone goal of the game for the Cowgirls.

The win sets up a match against district foe Hebron Tuesday night in the regional quarterfinal.
