On Campus: Baylor University

Over 2,600 Baylor University students were named to the dean's academic honor list for the 2009 spring semester. Students from The Colony named to the dean’s list were Amanda Maloney, David McLain, Abigail Porter, Brock Scheller, and Danielle Stack.
To be named to the dean's list, a student must be an undergraduate with a minimum grade-point average of 3.7, while enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours.
Also, Baylor University conferred degrees on more than 2,000 graduates during three spring commencement exercises in May at the Ferrell Center on the Baylor campus.
