McKinney: Reyes retires as head football coach

After 37 years on the sideline, including the last three at McKinney High, Bobby Reyes has announced his retirement from football.
Reyes, 59, accrued an 11-21 record as the Lions head coach after taking over the program prior to the 2007 season. MHS went 4-7 the past two seasons before losing to Highland Park in the Class 4A Region II Division I bi-district playoffs.
For his career, Reyes was 70-76.
