Chamberlain Performing Arts’ annual Sweetheart Ball set for Feb. 7

Chamberlain Performing Arts will host its annual Sweetheart Ball from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, at the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club on Beacon Hill Drive in McKinney. This elegant father/daughter dinner dance will feature entertainment by Daniel Frie of DJ Spin in Frisco, as well as a buffet dinner complete with a delicious ice cream sundae bar and hot chocolate. Each young lady in attendance will receive a commemorative charm.

“This event has become a real favorite with fathers and daughters across Collin County,” said Catherine Mooney-Burton, event chairperson. “Held the Sunday before Valentine’s Day, it’s a charming evening when young girls have the chance to dress up in their fanciest party dresses and step out with their father for a memorable evening of fun.”

Photographer Jim Butchée of Butchée Photography of McKinney will be at the ball to take formal pictures, and presentation bouquets will be available for purchase at the event. Tickets are $35 per guest, which includes two drawing tickets for numerous door prizes, including a specially decorated Company pointe shoe.
