McNEELY
William "Bill" E. McNeely, beloved husband and father, went to be with Our Lord and Savior on August 16, 2010.
Bill was born Jan 18, 1928 in Boughton, AR.He started work at an early age driving log trucks and taxi cabs. In 1948 he married his childhood sweetheart, Lois, and they shared their love for each other for 62 years.
Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lois, and his faithful companion, "Lobo," a Boston Terrier.
He is survived by his daughters, Pamela A. McNeely Richardson and husband John of Plano, and Mary Jo McNeely Champion and fiancé Lawrence Blow of Mechanicsville, VA; grandchildren Craig L. Champion and wife Monica of Suffolk, VA and Cortney E. Ottemann and husband Eric; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Patrick of Midland, TX; as well as extended family and many beloved friends.
A memorial service to honor his life will be held at Central Baptist Church in McKinney (2142 CR 337) on August 18 at 7 p.m. Call Pastor at 972-569-7480 for directions.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Baptist Church Youth Dept for Spiritual Growth & Development (2142 CR 337, McKinney, TX 75071) to continue God's work and His word.
