Allen police reports, Nov. 29-Dec. 5

The Allen Police Department responded to the following incidents between Nov. 29 and Dec. 5:

Nov. 29

3:23 a.m. -- Evading arrest detention and duty on striking fixture/highway landscape more than $200 reported near the intersection of Cottonwood Bend Drive and East Bethany Drive. Officers attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle and the subjects fled the scene on foot. The subjects also failed to put their vehicle in park and it struck the fence of a residence.

7:49 a.m. -- Traffic violations reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. A subject was arrested for traffic violations.

8:21 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1600 block of East Exchange Parkway. A subject advised property was taken from her vehicle without her consent.

9:13 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1200 block of North Alma Drive. Victim states that someone unknown to her and without effective consent broke into her vehicle and committed a theft.

3:22 p.m. -- Organized retail theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. A subject was contacted and arrested for theft of multiple retail items.

3:48 p.m. -- Criminal trespass warning reported in the 900 block of West State Highway 121. The reporting party requested three subjects criminally trespassed from the listed location.

6:36 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 500 block of Hanover Drive. Subjects entered a residence and took property without the effective consent of the owner.

6:42 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1100 block of Sandy Trail Drive. A known subject damaged or destroyed tangible property of the owner.


8:59 p.m. -- Domestic disturbance reported in the 1300 block of Timberbend Trail. The reporting party advised of a domestic disturbance that occurred at the listed location.

Nov. 30

2:20 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated reported near the intersection of Lakeway Drive and West McDermott Drive. A person was found to be operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated.

3:25 a.m. -- Possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 more than 1 gram less than 4 grams and warrant service reported near the intersection of South Allen Drive and West McDermott Drive. Subsequent to a motorist assist call, a subject was arrested for confirmed outstanding warrants and a second subject was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1.

4:22 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. An unknown subject entered a vehicle forcefully and removed property without the owner's effective consent.

8:57 p.m. -- Theft less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions and warrant service reported in the 1500 block of East Stacy Road. A person was arrested for attempting to remove items worth more than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions without the owner's permission or consent. Said person also had a warrant out for their arrest.

Dec. 1

6:14 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1900 block of Wilderness Way. A husband and wife made unwanted physical contact with each other.

1:09 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and warrant service reported near the intersection of West State Highway 121 and Hardin Road. A subject was found to be in possession of marijuana subsequent a traffic stop for speeding.

1:40 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. A subject was observed at a supermarket attempting to remove items without payment and was subsequently arrested.

2:25 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1000 block of Limestone Court. Victim was physically assaulted by a family member.

3:32 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a Drug Free Zone, abandon endanger child criminal negligence and criminal trespass warning reported in the 500 block of East Exchange Parkway. Two subjects were taken into custody for possession of marijuana as a result of a narcotics investigation.

3:53 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 2000 block of Wimbledon Drive. An unknown subject unlawfully appropriated the victim's property without consent.

7:35 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. A subject was arrested for removing property from a grocery store without the owner's effective consent.

7:53 p.m. -- Domestic disturbance reported in the 1700 block of Clarke Springs Drive.

Dec. 2

12:27 a.m. -- Consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor and warrant service reported in the 600 block of Ridgemont Drive. A minor was taken into custody after it was discovered they had consumed an alcoholic beverage and issued a citation for the possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. The minor also had a warrant out for their arrest.

1:05 a.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 300 block of East Bethany Drive. Unknown person entered a business and unlawfully appropriated merchandise without the effective consent of the owner.

5:08 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported near the intersection of Fairlawn Street and East Bethany Drive. On listed date and time, victim said that her boyfriend grabbed her jacket without consent.

9:49 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1500 block of Pebblestone Court. Allen police officers were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance call. Subsequent to the officer's investigation, a male subject was arrested for Class C assault (family violence).

1:52 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of North Greenville Avenue. An unknown subject forcefully entered a vehicle causing property damage without the owner's effective consent.

2:15 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. A person knowingly made physical contact with his spouse knowing the spouse would regard the contact as offensive.

3:53 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of North Greenville Avenue. An unknown subject forcefully entered a vehicle and removed property without the owner's effective consent.

8:27 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of Beaumont Court. Unknown subject damaged property without the owner's effective consent.

11:39 p.m. -- Criminal mischief less than $50 reported in the 1900 block of Baltimore Drive. Known actors ignited a smoke bomb at the front door of a residence, causing damage.

Dec. 3

1:06 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces reported near the intersection of East Main Street and North Alder Drive. A person was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

2:36 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated blood alcohol content more than 0.15 reported near the intersection of East Service Road and Enterprise Boulevard. Subject was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while being intoxicated.

2:45 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 700 block of East Central Expressway. A person knowingly and intentionally made unwanted physical contact with household/family members.

8:08 a.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of Angel Parkway North. An unknown person intentionally or knowingly damaged the tangible property of the owner without their consent.

10:03 a.m. -- Illegal dumping 1,000 pounds or more reported in the 400 block of Stone Bridge Circle. An unknown suspect deposited yard waste at a place that was not an approved solid waste site.

3:03 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 500 block of Cameron Lane. An unknown person removed property without the effective consent of the owner.

5:11 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 500 block of Ridgemont Drive. An unkown person entered a vehicle and removed property without the effective consent of the owner.

7:02 p.m.. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. An individual had her property taken without her effective consent.

11:40 p.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. The subject was found to be in a public place while intoxicated to the degree that the person may endanger themselves or another.

Dec. 4

1:03 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated blood alcohol content more than 0.15 reported near the intersection of North U.S. 75 and West McDermott Drive. A subject was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while being intoxicated.

1:33 a.m. -- Consumption of alcohol by minor reported in the 700 block of Rockcrossing Lane. Arrested person was taken into custody for consuming alcohol while being under 21 years of age.

2:10 a.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Two people were arrested after being found to be a danger to themselves and others due to the induction of alcohol into their systems.

4:12 a.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road.

5:25 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1300 block of Capstan Drive. Arrested person made contact with the victim, who is considered a family member, without their consent.

12:28 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1100 block of Chaparral Road.

2:32 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. An unkown person entered into a vehicle to commit theft.

5:40 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. An unkown subject, without the effective consent of the owner, intentionally broke the driver's side window of the victim's vehicle.

5:54 p.m. -- Theft more than $20,000 less than $100,000 reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. An unknown subject used force to enter a motor vehicle without the owner's effective consent. Subject then used force to break open the steering column and attempt to remove the entire vehicle from the owner without the owner's consent. The offense was not completed.

6:03 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. On listed date and time it was reported that an unknown subject entered a vehicle and removed items without the owner's consent.

7:44 p.m. -- Criminal trespass warning and warrant service reported in the 900 block of West State Highway 121. Officers responded to a specialty store and issued a criminal trespassing warning. During the investigation, the suspect was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Dec. 5

12:35 a.m. -- Driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibilty and warrant service reported near the intersection of West McDermott Drive and Lakeway Drive. On listed date and time, a subject was arrested for confirmed warrants and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license with previous convictions.

1:11 a.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, tampering with a government record and traffic violations reported in the 500 block of White Oak Street. Subject was taken into custody for driving on a public roadway without a driver's license or liability insurance, fraudulent use and possession of identifying information, and tampering with government records.

9:20 a.m. -- Possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia reported in the 200 block of Benton Drive. A search warrant was executed in Allen and narcotics were located.

4:15 p.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 1800 block of Nueces Drive. Property was taken without the owner's consent.

4:50 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. On listed date and time, a subject was contacted and issued a citation for taking property without the owner's consent.

5:17 p.m. -- Criminal trespass warning reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. A subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.
