The Allen Police Department responded to the following incidents between Nov. 22 and Nov. 28:


Nov. 22

12:41 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1500 block of Mystic Cove Court. Subject entered into a residence without the effective consent of the owner and committed theft.

1:51 a.m. -- Possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 3 less than 28 grams, possession of a dangerous drug and driving while intoxicated Blood Alcohol Content more than 0.15 reported in the 300 block of South Jupiter Road. Subject was placed into custody for operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway while intoxicated. Subject was also found to be in possession of a dangerous drug and less than 28 grams of a controlled substance Penalty Group 3.

7:20 p.m. -- Assault family or household member impede breath or circulatioon reported in the 900 block of Valley View Drive.

7:39 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1200 block of East Bethany Drive. An unknown subject took property without the owner's consent.

7:44 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500, fraudulent use possession of identifying information, failure to identify fugitive from justice intent to give false information, criminal trespass warning, tamper with government records and warrant service reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Subject was arrested for unlawfully appropriating property without the owner's effective consent.

7:56 p.m. -- Theft less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions, organized retail theft more than $50 less than $500 and criminal trespass warning reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. Subject was arrested for intentionally conducting an activity in which he assisted in the possession and concealment of stolen retail merchandise when the total value was more than $50 but less than $500. A second subject was taken into custody for theft less than $500 with two or more prior convictions.

Nov. 23

12:19 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 100 block of Bardwell Drive. An unknown suspect made entry into a residence to commit theft without the effective consent of the homeowner.

2:38 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 300 block of North Fountain Gate Drive unknown subject entered a habitation not open to the public without consent of the owner with intent to commit a theft.

4:15 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of South Jupiter Road. A known suspect entered a vehicle and committed theft without the effective consent of the owner.

7:41 a.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street. An unknown male subject removed property from a store without the owner's effective consent.

8:49 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1200 block of Comanche Drive. One or more unknown subjects entered an unsecured vehicle and committed the offense of theft.

9:21 a.m. -- Recovered stolen vehicle reported in the 200 block of West Central Expressway. A stolen vehicle out of Dallas was recovered in the parking lot of a local eating establishment.

9:35 a.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 600 block of Huntington Lane. A homeowner reported his vehicle was vandalized overnight.

9:46 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 800 block of Leading Lane Drive. A person entered a vehicle and removed property without the effective consent of the owner.

10:36 a.m. -- Burglary of coin operated/collection machine reported in the 300 block of East Central Expressway South. A coin-operated was intentionally forcibly entered for purposes of theft.

11:36 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1000 block of Blackenhurst Lane. A person attempted to enter the habitation of another without the effective consent of the owner with the intent to commit theft.

3:37 p.m. -- Driver license/ID false, forge alter perscription, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant service reported in the 1500 block of East Stacy Road. A male subject was taken into custody for forging or altering a perscription. This subject was in possession of a fictitious drivers license and drug paraphernalia. This subject was also placed in custody for a confirmed warrant out of another agency.

4:30 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 100 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. A person unlawfully appropriated property without the effective consent of the owner.

5:50 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1100 block of Sandy Trail Drive.

11 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1300 block of Dove Brook Drive. subject reports items were removed from his front porch without his consent.

Nov. 24

12:51 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and driving while license invalid with previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility reported near the intersection of Meadow Mead Drive and Grassy Glen Drive. Subject was arrested on traffic violations during a traffic stop. Subject was also arrested for being in possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

12:51 a.m. -- Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen property reported in the 1900 block of Country Brook Lane. A person was arrested for being in possession of stolen property while another was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:44 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1200 block of Cedar Springs Drive. An unknown subject entered a vehicle and removed items without the owner's consent.

8:31 a.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 200 block of Benton Drive. A unknown subject unlawfully appropriated the victim's property without her effective consent.

10:52 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of Magnolia Drive. Two vehicles were broken into, one of which had items removed from it, by one or more unknown suspects.

11:12 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of East Exchange Parkway. An unknown subject removed items from a vehicle without the owner's consent.

11:18 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of South Jupiter Road. An unknown suspect entered a vehicle and took property without the owner's consent.

4:16 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 500 block of East Bethany Drive. An unknown suspect removed a vehicle registration sticker from the victim's vehicle.

4:21 p.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 800 block of Heritage Parkway South. An unknown suspect took tires and wheels from a truck without the owner's permission.

6 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 800 block of Idlewood Drive. Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm call. Upon arrival, officers determined the residence had been entered without consent with the intent to commit theft.

10:59 p.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. A person was placed under arrest after being found intoxicated to the point at which they were a danger to themselves or others while in a public place.

Nov. 25

2:15 a.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 200 block of Parkhurst Lane. A subject, without effective consent of the owner, entered the owner's purse and stole money.

2:21 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. An unknown person forcibly entered a motor vehicle without the owner's permission or consent.

2:56 a.m. -- Criminal trespass warning and theft less than $50 reported in the 900 block of West McDermott Drive. A known suspect took property without the owner's effective consent.

6:27 a.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 500 block of Guadalupe Drive. An unknown suspect forcefully entered a vehicle in an attempt to take the vehicle without the owner's consent.

8:39 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 900 block of West State Highway 121. A known male subject forced entry into a vehicle without the owner's consent.

9:09 a.m. -- Harassment reported in the 200 block of Greeting Gate Lane.

12:12 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1000 block of West State Highway 121. An unknown subject forced entry into a vehicle and removed an item without the owner's consent.

12:42 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1300 block of Hillcrest Drive. An unknown male subject entered an open garage and removed property without the owner's effective consent.

3:02 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 500 block of Fisher Drive.

3:57 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. A subject entered a vehicle and removed items without the owner's consent.

6:08 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 300 block of South Watters Road. A known suspect entered the complainant's garage and intentionally damaged her vehicle.

5:02 p.m. -- Organized retail theft more than $500 less than $1500, possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams and warrant service reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Two female subjects were arrested for removing property from a retail store without paying after passing the last point of sale.

5:19 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1000 block of Sandy Trail Drive.

9:04 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1200 block of Meadow Creek Drive. At an unknown date and time an unknown subject forced entry into a residence without the owner's effective consent.

10:28 p.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. A person was placed under arrest after being found intoxicated to the point at which they were a danger to themselves or others while in a public place. Once at the jail an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 2 more than 1 gram and less than 4 grams was added.

Nov. 26

8 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of Lone Star Court. One or more unknown subjects entered the victim's unsecured vehicle with the intent to commit the offense of theft.

10:01 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle and found property reported in the 2100 block of Thornbury Lane. An unknown subject removed items from a vehicle without the owner's consent.

10:05 a.m. -- Criminal mischief less than $50 reported in the 1700 block of Clear Springs Drive. An unknown subject caused minor damage to a residence by throwing eggs.

11:50 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 400 block of East Central Expressway North.

12:21 p.m. -- Aggravated assault causes bodily injury reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Victim suffered bodily injury as a result of an assault by an unknown subject.

3:31 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. A female subject was placed into custody after leaving the store with property without the owner's consent.

3:34 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500, criminal trespass warning and theft less than $50 reported in the 1200 block of East Bethany Drive. Two males were detained by loss prevention personnel after removing merchandise from a grocery store without paying.

3:51 p.m. -- Criminal trespass warning and theft less than $50 reported in the 1200 block of East Bethany Drive. Officers responded to a grocery store an made contact with a juvenile subject who had been detained for shoplifting. Per the request of the management, the juvenile offender was issued a criminal trespass warning.

4:21 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and warrant service reported in the 1300 block of East Central Expressway. Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Officers arrested one subject for outstanding warrants and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

5:38 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of Market Street. A person unlawfully appropriated property from a specialty store without the effective consent of the owner.

8:14 p.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury and mental detention reported in the 100 block of West Way drive.

Nov. 27

1:46 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 700 block of Cheyenne Drive. On listed date and between listed times, unknown actors entered listed vehicles and removed property without consent.

4:45 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 700 block of Cheyenne Drive. On listed date and time, unknown actor(s) entered a vehicle in an attempt to remove property without consent.

12:59 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 300 block of Allenwood Drive.

1:04 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 800 block of Market Street. An unknown person unlawfully appropriated property from a specialty store with the intent to deprive the owner of property.

3:12 p.m. -- Criminal trespass warning reported in the 100 block of North Greenville Avenue.

6:14 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 2000 block of Knights Court.

7:17 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 900 block of West State Highway 121. A subject, without the effective consent of the owner, forcibly entered into a vehicle and committed theft.

Nov. 28

2:35 a.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Property was taken from an individual at a bar/night club without that individual's consent.

1:56 p.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 300 block of South Jupiter Road. An unknown person unlawfully appropriated property with the intent to deprive the owner of their property.

3:37 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 800 block of Cinnamon Court. An unknown individual intentionally entered the habitation and took items without the effective consent of the owner.

7:10 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. At listed time and location, a vehicle was entered and property was removed from the vehicle without the effective consent of the owner.
