Allen police reports, Dec. 27-Jan. 1

The Allen police department responded to the following incidents between Dec. 27 and Jan. 1:

Dec. 27

2:17 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated and accident reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. A subject was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated.

2:34 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 100 block of North Arbor Ridge Drive. A subject had items removed from his residence by an unknown suspect without his effective consent.

7:57 a.m. -- Death investigation reported in the 800 block of Water Oak Drive. A deceased person was located at a residence by his family.

10:54 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1600 block of Clearbrook Drive. Forced entry was made into a residence and property was removed without the consent of the owner.

1:03 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 0 block of Meadow Park Court. The victim advised property was taken from residence without consent.

2:47 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 900 block of Mustang Drive. Property was removed from the residence without the consent of the owner.

3 p.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 100 block of West Way Drive. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully and fraudulently used her identifying information without her permission.

3:12 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1700 block of Barton Springs Court. An unknown subject destroyed property without the effective consent of the owner.


6:14 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. Unknown individuals took a handgun from the victim's vehicle without his consent.

6:45 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 600 block of Sunny Slope Drive. An individual had property taken from him without his consent.

10:16 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 500 block of Ridgemont Drive. A person committed an offense by unlawfully appropriating property with intent to deprive the owner of property.

Dec. 28

8:30 a.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 600 block of East Main Street. An individual's vehicle was damaged by an unknown suspect, causing damage to the vehicle.

11:53 a.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 1300 block of Mistywood Lane. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully and fraudulently used her identifying information without her permission.

11:59 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1500 block of Gardenia Drive. A person entered the habitation without the owner's consent and attempted to unlawfully appropriate property.

1:04 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 400 block of Del Rio Court. Officers were dispatched to a criminal mischief complaint at a residence where a mailbox was damaged.

4:26 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 1100 block of Aylesbury Drive. A person unlawfully appropriated the property of another without the effective consent of the owner.

4:57 p.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury family violence reported in the 200 block of Periwinkle Drive.

6:10 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. An unknown individual, without the effective consent of the owner, entered the vehicle of another and unlawfully appropriated property.

9:40 p.m. -- Violation of protective order reported in the 600 block of East Main Street. A person was taken into custody for violation of a protective order.

Dec. 29

1:51 -- City ordinance violation, minor in possession of tobacco product, consumption of alcohol by minor and possession of alcohol by minor reported in the 200 block of West McDermott Drive. Multiple minors were issued citations for the consumption of alcohol as minors, possession of alcoholic beverages as minors, possession of tobacco products as minors and a city ordinance violation, incident to a traffic stop.

3:25 p.m. -- Possession of drug paraphernalia reported in the 1000 block of South Greenville Avenue. Subsequent to a traffic stop and consensual search, a subject was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:10 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of Woodmont Drive. A person reported that he had a firearm stolen from his vehicle while parked in his driveway.

5:38 p.m. -- Recovered stolen vehicle reported in the 300 block of West McDermott Drive. A stolen vehicle was recovered at a local convenience store parking lot.

8:56 p.m. -- Consumption of alcohol by minor reported near the intersection of Park Place Drive and Wandering Way Drive. A subject was issued a citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

11:42 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1500 block of Sandstone Drive. Subject reported unknown subjects removed property from her driveway without her effective consent.

Dec. 30

2:16 a.m. -- Aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury and assault causes bodily injury reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road.

2:50 a.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury family violence reported in the 1500 block of Autumnmist Drive.

7:16 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 500 block of East Exchange Parkway. An unknown subject forced entry into a residential apartment but no property was taken.

7:20 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 2000 block of Nottingham Place. A locked vehicle was entered by unknown means and items were unlawfully appropriated without the owner's effective consent.

7:48 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of West McDermott Drive. Officers were dispatched to location in reference to a burglary to a motor vehicle complaint where unknown persons entered the victim's vehicle without her permission and deprived her of the property that was inside.

8:14 a.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of Cheyenne Drive. An unknown suspect took property from a vehicle without the owner's consent.

10:01 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 2000 block of Wimbledon Drive. An unlocked vehicle was entered an cash money was stolen without the owner's effective consent.

10:40 a.m. -- Traffic violations reported near the intersection of Shady Oaks Court and Elmbrook Court. A subject was arrested from a vehicle for parking facing traffic.

1:34 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. Subject was arrested for taking property without effective consent from the owner valued between $50 and $500.

2:44 p.m. -- Criminal trespass warning reported in the 500 block of East Bethany Drive. A written criminal trespass warning was issued after a fire was intentionally set in an apartment building parking lot. Allen Fire Department marshals issued one citation for setting a fire without a permit.

4:46 p.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 200 block of Benton Drive. A person reported that someone used her social security number without her permission.

4:49 p.m. -- Burglary of building reported in the 2000 block of Fox Glen Drive. An unlocked vehicle was entered and a wallet was stolen. This was done without the owner's effective consent.

5:09 p.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 1100 block of Grimsworth Lane. A person with the intent to harm or defraud another did obtain and use with legal authorization the identifying information of another.

Dec. 31

12:39 a.m. -- Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon reported in the 800 block of Fairlawn Street. Officers responded to a call of an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of a female who had been stabbed.

11:18 a.m. -- Fraud destroy removal concealment writing reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. Known suspects purchased a product at a highly reduced price by removing the price tag from a lesser priced item and place it over the original price tag for the product.

1:09 p.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 2900 block of West Exchange Parkway. A person reported a fraudulent check being passed at Walmart without consent or knowledge of the checking account holder.

1:50 p.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. Reporting party advised that unknown suspects entered the store and took items without consent.

2:40 p.m. -- Theft more than $20,000 less than $100,000 reported in the 900 block of West State Highway 121.

3:17 p.m. -- Driving while intoxicated Blood Alcohol Content more than 0.15 reported near the intersection of South Greenville Avenue and East Main Street. A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. A crash also occurred and a crash report was completed.

4:25 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 200 block of Sycamore Creek Road. A person entered the habitation of the owner without their consent and committed a theft.

5:29 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 900 block of Cougar Drive. An unknown subject intentionally damaged the tangible property of the owner without their effective consent.

11:41 p.m. -- Driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container reported in the 2000 block of West McDermott Drive. On listed date and time, a juvenile was stopped on traffic and found to have been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subject was later taken into custody for DWI.

Jan. 1

12:47 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 2000 block of Londonderry Drive. A person entered a vehicle and took property without the effective consent of the owner.

2:12 a.m. -- Criminal trespass warning reported in the 1500 block of East Exchange Parkway. A subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.

3:37 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and driving while license invalid with previous conviction suspension without financial responsibility reported near the intersection of North U.S. 75 and West Ridgeview Drive. Subject was arrested for driving while license invalid and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

3:44 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported near the intersection of East Exchange Parkway and Andrews Parkway. A person intentionally caused physical contact with another, who was her spouse, when the actor should reasonably believe the other would regard the contact as offensive.

4:45 a.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury family violence reported in the 1100 block of Shady Oaks Court.

7:31 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 200 block of Del Cano Drive. An officer responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Del Cano Drive.

Jan. 2

7:46 a.m. -- Burglary of building reported in the 600 block of West McDermott Drive. Someone unknown and without the effective consent of the owner entered a building not then open to the public and appropriated property with the intent to deprive the owner of the property.

11:40 a.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. An unknown suspect appropriated the owner's property without consent.

1:58 p.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 700 block of Chandler Court. A person unlawfully appropriated the property of the owner without their consent.

2:16 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1400 block of Greenbriar Drive. Unknown suspects appropriated the owner's property without consent.

3:57 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 1100 block of Elm Grove Drive. A person unlawfully appropriated the property of the owner without their consent.

6:10 p.m. -- Driving while license invalid with previous conviction suspension without financial responsibility and warrant service reported near the intersection of North U.S. 75 and West Ridgeview Drive. A subject was taken into custody for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction. Subject also had outstanding warrants from several different agencies which were later confirmed.

6:11 p.m. -- Assault-contact reported in the 800 block of South Greenville Avenue. Subject was arrested for intentionally causing an offensive and provocative physical contact with his spouse.

10:08 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. An unknown suspect used force to enter a vehicle and remove property without effective consent of the owner.

11:25 p.m. -- Failure to identify giving false or fictitious information and warrant service reported in the 1200 block of East Bethany Drive. A person was arrested after being deceitful about their true identity and having outstanding warrants issued for their arrest from various agencies. Another person was also arrested for a confirmed outstanding warrant.
