2nd Annual Coyote Clash 7 on 7 Tournament to be played at Heritage High School

Mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Coyote Clash 7 on 7 Tournament at Heritage High School on Saturday, May 19th, from 10am - 2pm.  This promises to be a fun event for the entire family, with middle and high school boys and firls from Roach, Maus and Heritage competing against each other, and the top teams competing in the championship game against their coaches! 

There will be a "Coyote Football Experience" for the younger children, hosted by the Heritage Drama Club, with games, prizes and fun, along with a dunk tank with principles and teachers from each of the middle schools. 

We will start the day off by holding a combine type competition starting at 8:00am that will last throughout the day and will be giving awards to the top participants in each age group. 

Last year we had ALOT of fun!  We had approximately 40 teams register from the 3 schools.  The Golden Coyote went to Maus Middle School and to Victorious Secrets.  It was a great competition between all the teams, to include Swaggerific, The Purple Cows and Kibble and Vicks.  There was fierce competition between Roach and Maus middle schools.  Will Maus keep the championship, or will Roach Ram their way to the top. 

Not only will the tournament raise much needed funds for the Heritage Football Program for banners, team meals, tunnel supplies, and more, but it will also aim to raise products for Frisco Family Services, a local organization that helps families in need.  We will be holding a food drive during the tournament to help collect items.  Some examples of what is in need at this time are toothbrushes, toothpaste, hygiene items, paper goods, and cleaning supplies.  Please bring an item or two and come on out to help us support their organization.
