Article:	Hutcheson, Noschese headed into runoff election Incumbent Mesquite city councilman Brian Hutcheson is headed into a runoff election with former councilman Greg Noschese. With all 94 precincts reporting Noschese lead with 1,883 votes (49.36 percent) to Hutcheson�s 1,574 votes (41.26 percent). The third candidate on the ballot, retired Mesquite police officer Roger Barringer, secured 358 votes (9.38 percent).
