Article:	Noschese�s lead shrinks, possible runoff election looms Greg Noschese has secured 1,883 votes (49.36 percent) compared to Brian Hutcheson�s 1,574 votes (41.26 percent) and Roger Barringer�s 358 votes (9.38 percent) in the city council place No. 5 race in Mesquite, with 74 of the 94 precincts reporting. If none of the candidats can secure the 50.01 percent of the votes required to win the election, a runoff election will take place.
