The Allen Police Department responded to the following incidents between Feb. 14 and Feb. 20:
Feb. 14
3:30 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle and public intoxication reported in the 200 block of South Arbor Ridge Drive. A person, without the effective consent of the owner, entered a vehicle with intent to commit a theft.
4:03 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1800 block of Solitude Court. A person, without the effective consent of the owner, entered a vehicle to commit a theft
4:04 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1800 block of Solitude Court. A person, without the effective consent of the owner, entered a vehicle with intent to commit a theft.
4:07 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1700 block of Solitude Court. A person, without the effective consent of the owner, entered a vehicle with intent to commit a theft.
5:27 a.m. -- Public intoxication and warrant service reported in the 400 block of Deer Brooke Drive. A person was taken into custody for public intoxication.
11:53 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1700 block of Clarke Springs Drive. Unknown persons entered a habitation and appropriated the owner's property without consent.
12:59 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. Subject took items from a business without consent.
6:02 p.m. -- Harassment reported in the 100 block of West Way Drive.
7:12 p.m. -- Organized retail theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. Subject was arrested for intentionally depriving a retailer of retail merchandise, and while doing so the subject concealed the property in his waistband.
8:52 p.m. -- Organized retail theft more than $50 less than $500 and criminal trespass warning reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. Subject was arrested for intentionally possessing and concealing stolen retail merchandise.
Feb. 15
12:47 a.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 600 block of Bush Drive. A known subject stole property from the victim.
9:19 a.m. -- Criminal mischief less than $50 and disorderly conduct reported in the 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. Two students were arrested for fighting at Allen High School.
10:15 a.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 1100 block of West Central Expressway. Unknown subjects unlawfully appropriated a license plate from the victim's vehicle without consent.
10:44 a.m. -- False alarm or report reported in the 600 block of East Bethany Drive. An unknown subject made a false report by reporting a bomb threat.
12:35 p.m. -- Traffic violations and warrant service reported near the intersection of West State Highway 121 and Hardin Road. A person was taken into custody for a traffic violation and confirmed warrants.
2:47 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1200 block of Collin Drive. An unknown suspect entered a vehicle without the owner's effective consent and removed property.
7:22 p.m. -- Assault contact reported in the 1500 block of Hopewell Drive. An assault report was filed for making unwanted contact with a referee at a sporting event.
9:17 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia reported in the 600 block of East Bethany Drive. Officers arrested a subject for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
11:07 p.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 1600 block of Tarrytown Lane. An unknown subject used identifying information of another subject in an attempt to transfer monetary funds.
Feb. 16
12:24 a.m. -- Duty on striking fixture/highway landscape more than $200 reported near the intersection of South U.S. 75 and Frontage Road. The driver of a vehicle fled the scene of an accident and was not contacted by law enforcement. An investigation was conducted and a report was filed.
1:40 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia reported in the 200 block of East Stacy Road. Subject was found to be in possession of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
3:29 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and warrant service reported in the 300 block of Napa Drive. Two subjects were found in possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana. One of the two subjects was also found to have outstanding warrants out of Allen PD.
8:38 a.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. Reporting party stated a safe containing money was damaged in attempt to gain access to the contents.
2:36 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 500 block of North Watters Road. A person, without the effective consent of the owner, forcibly entered the vehicle and committed a theft.
3:08 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Unknown persons entered a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner and removed property.
3:12 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Victim advised that an unknown suspect entered her vehicle without her consent.
3:13 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 and criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 200 block of Watson Drive. An unknown person damaged the mailbox of another without effective consent and removed yard lights without permission.
5:59 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. A subject was apprehended while removing property from Wal Mart without paying.
6:35 p.m. -- Driving while intoxicated second reported near the intersection of North U.S. 75 and Frontage Road. A person was arrested after being found to have operated a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated. That same person also showed to have one previous conviction for driving while intoxicated.
11:35 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces reported near the intersection of Ridgemont Drive and Stanford Drive. Officers arrested a subject for possession of marijuana.
Feb. 17
2:06 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 500 block of White Oak Street. Unknown actors forcefully entered a residence and took property without consent.
3:31 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated Blood Alcohol Content more than 0.15 percent reported near the intersection of Trinity Drive and Sunshine Drive. Arrested person was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated.
9:01 a.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 and tobacco on school property reported in the 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. An individual was arrested for being in possession of tobacco on school grounds and theft.
10:04 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 800 block of Cougar Drive. A person knowingly and intentionally made unwanted physical contact with a family/household member.
12:53 p.m. -- Graffiti pecuniary loss less than $500 reported in the 300 block of Century Parkway. A pen was used to intentionally make an inscription on a desktop at the Allen Parks and Recreation and municipal court building.
6:55 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Unknown suspects entered the owner's vehicle and took items without the owner's consent.
8:08 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 700 block of East Central Expressway South. Officers responded to a theft complaint where a report was subsequently taken.
Feb. 18
1:50 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated Blood Alcohol Content more than 0.15 percent reported in the 700 block of Cypress Drive. Following a traffic stop, a subject was found to be operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated and arrested.
5:43 a.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 600 block of West Bethany Drive. Officers made contact with and arrested a subject for being intoxicated in a public place and posing a danger to himself and others.
6:08 a.m. -- Abandoned vehicle reported near the intersection of South U.S. 75 and West Stacy Road. Officers responded to a motor assist. The vehicle was found to be abandoned and a traffic hazard.
9:32 a.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 1500 block of Bellnap Drive. An unknown subject used the victim's personal identifying information to establish residency.
9:44 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1900 block of Marshall Drive. An unknown person entered a vehicle and unlawfully appropriated property without the effective consent of the owner.
10 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1600 block of Broadmoor Court. Property was removed from a vehicle without the consent of the owner.
10:01 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1900 block of Kirby Lane. Unknown subjects forced entry into the victim's vehicle and committed the offense of theft.
11:35 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1900 block of Marshall Drive. An unknown person entered a vehicle without the effective consent of the owner.
6:59 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. Officers contacted a subject that was in possession of a stolen license plate at a hotel. The subject was arrested and placed in the APD jail.
Feb. 19
12:56 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated reported near the intersection of North Greenville Avenue and Meadowgate Drive. A subject was found operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated. Subject was found to have one prior conviction for DWI.
1:42 a.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 200 block of East Stacy Road. Officers conducted an investigation at 210 East Stacy Road. A subject was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the APD jail.
4:17 a.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury family violence reported in the 1600 block of Sweetbay Drive. On listed date and time, a subject struck her husband repeatedly in the face.
8:56 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated and traffic violations reported in the 20 block of Prestige Circle. An individual was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated.
11:57 a.m. -- Theft more than $20,000 less than $100,000 reported in the 700 block of Big Horn Court. An unknown subject entered a motor vehicle with the intention to unlawfully take the vehicle without the effective consent of the owner.
2:04 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 1600 block of Turnberry Court. An individual, without the effective consent of the owner, unlawfully appropriated the property of another.
3:55 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1500 block of Hickory Trail. A subject reports an unknown person or persons entered her vehicle and removed property without her consent.
4:43 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 2000 block of Burnside Drive. A person reported that an actor unlawfully entered her residence via her attached garage and took property without her consent.
5:49 p.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury reported in the 700 block of Angel Parkway North. Two known suspects caused physical pain to the victim.
6:09 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. An unknown suspect removed pet supplies from PetsMart without the effective consent of the owner.
7:29 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. An unknown suspect took a cell phone without the owner's effective consent.
Feb. 20
12:28 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces reported near the intersection of Freestone Drive and South Jupiter Road. Subject was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and was taken into custody.
2:42 a.m. -- Possession of drug paraphernalia reported near the intersection of North U.S. 75 and West Stacy Road. A known subject was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
8:32 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 200 block of Willow Bend Court. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully entered his vehicle and taken property without his permission.
8:32 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of Timber Ridge Drive. Unknown suspects entered another's vehicle with the intent to take property without the owner's effective consent.
12:39 p.m. -- Credit card or debit card abuse reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. A person reported that an actor unlawfully and fraudulently used his stolen credit card to make transactions without his permission.
12:43 p.m. -- Credit card or debit card abuse reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully and fraudulently used his credit card to make transactions without his permission.
12:44 p.m. -- Credit card or debit card abuse reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully and fraudulently used his credit card to make transactions without his permission.
1:22 p.m. -- Theft more than $1,500 less than $20,000 reported in the 500 block of Century Parkway. An unknown person entered into a motor vehicle and took possession of the vehicle without the owner's effective consent.
2:55 p.m. -- Failure to identify giving false/fictitious information, criminal trespass warning and theft less than $50 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. Subject was arrested for intentionally depriving the owner of property without consent and for intentionally giving a false and fictitious name and birth date to a peace officer.
5:53 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1500 block of Sweetbriar Drive. An unknown suspect entered another's vehicle and took property without the owner's effective consent.
7:17 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. Arrested person was taken into custody for removing property from the location without permission and without paying.
7:35 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 900 block of Mustang Drive. Subject was taken into custody for intentionally causing physical contact with another when the person knows or should reasonably believe that the other will regard the contact as offensive.
8:22 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 200 block of North Greenville Avenue. Subject was taken into custody for intentionally causing physical contact with another when the person knows or should reasonably believe that the other will regard the contact as offensive.
