Incumbents win re-election

With nearly 98 percent of the precincts counted, both incumbents have won their seats on the Lewisville City Council.
Mayor Dean Ueckert was re-elected with 1,414 votes and 71.23 percent of the votes. Challenger Winston Edmondson received 571 votes.
Neil Ferguson won re-election to Place 2 over Steve Hill. Ferguson received1,068 and 55.28 percent of the votes. Hill received 864 votes.
Less than 2000 people voted in the Lewisville City Council elections.
