Sections of Main Street open after trench rescue

FRISCO -- A section of Main Street, between Hillcrest and Coit, was shut down while emergency crews rescued an injured construction worker from a trench.
The incident happened at 1:05 p.m. Frisco Firefighters said the man was injured in his work space, which is approximately 15 feet below ground. Firefighters report that the injured worker was on a 'shoring device,' adding the area is secure and there is no 'cave in.' CareFlite was onsite and transported the construction worker to an area hospital.
