Police calls for April 23 - 30 compiled from information provided by the Police Department.

April 23

1:10 a.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 1600 block of County Road 128. Lights on vehicle parked in driveway. Made contact with owner who turned off lights.

2:24 a.m. - Noise complaint in the 700 block of West Elm Street. Subjects playing very loud music. Music has been turned off.

9:02 a.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 3900 block of South Preston Road. Unknown travel trailer parked at location. Parked in wrong stall. No offense occurred.

9:44 a.m. - 911 hangup in the 500 block of South Alabama Drive. System malfunction. Reporting Person's phone is not working at this time.

11 a.m. - Assist fire department in the 3400 block of North Preston Road. Fire alarm at ag building.

2:18 p.m. - Suspicious person at Elm and Oklahoma. White male walking around knocking on doors. Unable to locate.

3:02 p.m. - Fraud in the 1100 block of Redbud Street. Offense report completed.

8:05 p.m. - Theft in the 500 block of South Louisiana Drive. Offense report.

9:01 p.m. - Noise complaint in the 2600 block of Old Stables Drive. Several juveniles out playing games near above residence, children inside trying to sleep for testing next day. Spoke to both Reporting Person and juveniles.

11:08 p.m. - Backup officer at Preston and County Road 106. Made arrest waiting for LW's Towing while en route to jail. LW's towed vehicle, copy of impound sheet to wrecker driver.

April 24

5:57 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of South Louisiana Drive. Vehicle parked at dead end, but left when officer passed, stopped vehicle for suspicious activity at Tolleson and Doloris. Driver and his girlfriend had got a snow cone and were discussing family matters. No offense occurred.

8:43 p.m. - Minor accident in the 300 block of Tarpan Trail. Hit-and-run by known driver. Made contact with both parties, exchanged information. Under $1,000 in damage.

11:13 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances at Farm-to-Market Road 428 and County Road 1086. Vehicle stopped on county road, letting officers know of possible right headlight going out. Headlight checked to be working.

April 25

7:49 a.m. - Minor accident at Preston and County Road 53. Scratch on rear bumper was only damage. Drivers traded contact information.

12:40 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 2600 block of Twelve Oaks Lane. Reporting Person states that a semi truck damaged his personal property. Truck driver gave RP his insurance information.

6:54 p.m. -Driving while intoxicated in the 200 block of West Pecan Street. Subject driving with open container of beer, just pulled into Bobcat Kuntry. Spoke to subject, no signs of intoxication, no offense occurred.

7:23 p.m. - Juvenile problem in the 300 block of Carter Ranch Road. Reporting Person said there are juveniles fishing with a net. They have done it before. Spoke to juveniles. They were trying to catch turtles. No offense occurred.

8:12 p.m. - Disturbance in the 400 block of West Maple Street. Dark-colored motorcycle speeding up and down Maple Street. Unable to locate.

April 26

12:03 a.m. - Driving while intoxicated at Preston and Frontier. Caller states an older model pickup was weaving all over the roadway northbound on Preston. Truck has pulled over and is just sitting there. Offense and arrest reports completed.

11:35 a.m. - Juvenile problem in the 400 block of Tolleson Drive. Reporting Person wanted to document that his son is being bullied. A neighborhood juvenile is teasing RP's son. School is also documenting the bullying at this time.

11:58 a.m. - Criminal mischief in the 2600 block of Twelve Oaks. Reporting Person stated that someone has slashed all of his tires. All four tires on Rps Ford Ranger were slashed. Offense report.

April 27

7:03 a.m. - Criminal trespass in the 500 block of West Oak Street. Subject at location demanding her daughter's cell phone, refusing to leave. Cell phone was given to an individual who gave it to another individual who advised he left the phone at the park. The phone is lost now. No offense occurred.

12:17 p.m. - Traffic hazard at Pheasant Run and Heritage. Large tree limbs blocking roadway. Moved off roadway.

5:11 p.m. - Motorist assist at Preston and Carter Ranch. Vehicle on side of road with flashers on. Subject ran out of gas, has someone bringing gas to him.

6:33 p.m. - Citizen contact at Malone and New Mexico. Reporting Person wanted to advise that there are children throwing rocks at a sign on Maple at Louisiana and one of the rocks hit her car. There was no damage to the RP's car. Located the area where the rocks had been thrown but the juveniles were already gone.

7:14 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Light Farms Way. Suspicious vehicle parked in closed area. Arrest for possession of marijuana.

8:41 p.m. - Driving while intoxicated at County Roads 134 and 132. Possible DWI and open container. Driver had not been drinking. Passenger was intoxicated. Searched vehicle for open containers, nothing found. No offense occurred.

9:38 p.m. - Citizen assist in the 300 block of North Texas Drive. Flagged down by resident. Subject stated he has garage sale items outside his residence and requested one night extra patrol of the residence.

10:39 p.m. - Noise complaint in the 2800 block of Saddlebred Trail. Barking dog. Attempted to make contact with owner, no one home.

11:15 p.m. - Driving while intoxicated at Preston and Frontier. Arrest report.

11:41 p.m. - Traffic stop at Walnut and Colorado. Defective headlamp. Arrested for felony warrant and one misdemeanor warrant out of Collin County Sheriff's office, verbal warnings for equipment violations.

11:47 p.m. - Backup officer on traffic stop and warrant arrest at Walnut and Colorado. Subject that was coming to pick up vehicle did not show up in a timely manner. The vehicle was secured and left legally parked in a parking lot and keys were retained at the police department.

April 28

2:39 a.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 12000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Four individuals sleeping in vehicle. Subjects identified and logged.

12:15 p.m. - 911 hangup at Arizona and Elm Streets. Cell phone 911 hangup. Unable to locate in general area.

4:14 p.m. - Domestic disturbance in the 100 block of South Alabama Drive. Offense report completed.

4:15 p.m. - Backup officer on domestic disturbance in the 100 block of South Alabama Drive. Supplement report will be completed on primary report.

8:36 a.m. - Traffic hazard in the 200 block of North Texas Drive. Child's ride in toy in roadway. Removed from road and returned to owner.

10:16 p.m. - Assist other agency in the 4900 block of Frontier Parkway. Subjects fighting in road, one subject fled on foot. Deputies still working on locating subject, no fresh leads at this time.

April 29

4:27 pm. - Assist other agency in the 700 block of Salt Lake Assist Prosper police department with domestic disturbance

4:52 p.m. - Assist other agency in the 700 block of Salt Lake with domestic disturbance arrest.

11:50 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle at County Roads 53 and 51. Dump truck parked on county road. Subject was stopping to eat dinner before continuing to TXI plant.

April 30

1:20 a.m. - Disturbance in the 300 block of East Maple Street. Male subject intoxicated, no weapons. Subject who was intoxicated and lost his shirt was given a ride home by another subject at the location.

2:01 a.m. - Suicidal subject at South New Mexico. Reporting Person states male took pills and he is now unconscious. He had mentioned he was going to do something to himself. Subject's mother was concerned because subject would not wake up. She assumed he might have taken pills because it has happened in past. Subject was only intoxicated and did not make any current threats about harming himself.
