Dear Editor,
This letter is to recognize the Celina Record, particularly Penny Rathbun, who covers many Celina events with her professionally written articles.
We need to thank our Postmaster Gwen Koskiner and postal clerk Natalie Lee and remind residents to use our local post office to avoid it being closed. Also note how well the landscape is kept.
We need to thank our city employees who don't always get the recognition they deserve for a job well done.
They include Vicki Faulkner, Vickie Cox, Tammy Grisolia, Carolyn Turner and Helen-Eve Liebman in City Hall; Joseph Johnson, Felix Matos, Mark Lott, Scott Sterling of the City water department; Steven Smith, Nathan Morales, Jason Poncio of the City waste water department; David Stone, Albert Calderon, Heladio Garcia of the City streets department and Cody Webb and Gary Don Hendricks in the City Parks department. Also to be thanked are those who work in the Celina Public Library, Library Director Linda Shaw, Jim Grant and Kay Wilson.
