| Betty Ralston |
Betty Ralston passed away peacefully in Frisco, Texas on June 12, 2012 at the age of 86 surrounded by her family.
Betty was born on August 19, 1925 in Ashland, Kentucky. She was the sixth daughter born to Sam T. and Alice Keel Ison.She married Kenneth Rehkopf Ralston in Ashland, Kentucky on March 4, 1950 and spent 62 happy years living with him in Kentucky, Maryland, California, North Carolina, Florida and Texas.
She was an avid reader, and a fabulous bridge player. She also enjoyed playing golf, especially when she and Ken lived in Charlotte, North Carolina and Ocala, Florida. Betty took great pride in her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Kenneth Ralston; two sons, Alan (Joanna) Ralston and Sam (Pam) Ralston; daughter-in-law, Debbie Ralston; six grandchildren, Isaac Ralston, Erin Ralston, Aria Andrus, Hayley Crandall, Nate Ralston, and Lily Faver and 11 great-grandchildren.
A private family service was held at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on June 14, 2012.
