Police calls for June 4- compiled from information provided by the Police Department.

June 4

1:26 a.m. – Driving while intoxicated in the 300 block of South Arizona Drive. Driving on wrong side of road. Offense and arrest reports completed.

11:03 p.m. – Knock and talks in the trailer park in the 16000 block of Parvin. Arrested one subject for warrants.

11:06 p.m. – Knock and talk within the trailer park in the 16000 block of Parvin. Arrested subject for warrant. Transported to Denton County jail..

June 5

3:55 a.m. – Subject called police department and reported vehicle driving through neighborhood without headlights on Missouri Street. Vehicle was stopped on Malone after leaving Heritage. No offenses found in vehicle. Driver ran out of gas during stop and officer remained until help arrived.

6:48 a.m. – Assist fire department with EMS call in the 300 block of Stefhanie.

11:39 a.m. – Burglary of vehicle in the 1500 block of Brook. Offense report completed..

4 p.m. – Theft of beer and sandwich in the 600 block of Sunset. Theft report made on suspect..

4:55 p.m. –Return to where suspicious vehicle stop from previous shift occurred and look for items reported stolen from a burglary in the 700 block of East Malone. Stolen items located and recovered.

7:36 p.m. – Audible burglar alarm in the 300 block of South Preston. Bank secured. Men’s Bible study set off alarm by accident. Alarm company notified, no report.

8:57 p.m. – Sixteen-year-old male hit in eye with baseball in the 12000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Subject with 2 to 3-inch cut above eye. Celina Fire Department transporting to Medical Center of Plano.

9:45 p.m. – White male subject at Reporting Person’s door in baseball cap, t-shirt and shorts in the 500 block of Tarpan. Subject was looking for RP’s husband. Was not at home and subject was given ride back to his residence in Prosper.

11:21 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances in the 3400 block of North Preston. Seven kids on roof of the high school. Subjects left in white pickup prior to officer arrival.

June 6

8:25 a.m. Major accident at Frontier and Custer..

June 7

5:19 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances at Farm-to-Market Road 428. Old Celina Park middle post removed. Found middle post to field house removed and laying on the offense ground. Checked location and found no visible offense. All bathrooms not locked..

3:46 p.m. – Minor accident in the 600 block of East Sunset. Driver of unit #1 issued citation for DWI.

4:16 p.m. –Suspicious circumstances in the 400 block of Tolleson. Reporting Person called regarding husband taking her mail against court order. RP and husband separated. Per temporary order he is not supposed to come to location and take property. When RP arrived home from court she observed husband taking her mail..

5:43 p.m. – Burglary of residence in the 400 block of East Maple. Reporting Person advised there are 3 young kids breaking into the house. Spoke to kids. They were wondering if house was haunted. There is nothing in house to take..

8:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances in the 800 block of West Frontier. Front door open, no one around. Located owner asleep in house..

June 8

12:36 a.m. – Domestic disturbance in the 300 block of South Colorado. Male and female fighting. Information report completed.

1:36 p.m. – Traffic hazard at Farm-to-Market Road 428 and County Road 54. Boards on roadway creating hazard. Boards removed.

7:44 p.m. – Loose livestock in the 1300 block of South Oklahoma. Loose black calf on west side of Business 289 behind the Sonic Drive-in. Calf back in fenced pasture. Unable to locate owner.

June 9

11:50 p.m. –. Suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of South Arizona. Newer model truck parked in driveway for about an hour, owner of residence on vacation. Checked house, all secure. Located owner of vehicle at party two doors down. Vehicle removed.

June 10

7:09 a.m. –Assist citizen at Walnut and Ohio. Gave citizen ride to McDonald’s..

10:17 a..m. – Assist fire department in the 500 block of South Utah. Assist with traffic control.

10:01 p.m. – Criminal mischief in the 100 block of South Arkansas. Male threw beer can at Reporting Person’s truck. Subjects located on arrival. RP advised that he did not want to press charges, just wanted an apology. No report taken.

June 11

7:33 a.m. – Animal complaint in the 800 block of West Walnut. Snake on porch, removed snake from porch.

7:48 a.m. – Loose livestock at Oklahoma and Ash. Calf in the road. Calf put back in fence. Owner notified.

8:04 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances in the 200 block of North Colorado. Reporting Person advised at building at corner of Colorado and Tennessee the people that own the building have left what looks to be a new bedroom suite outside, other people are now possibly trying to take the suite. Checked area, unable to locate.
