Access to health care improves for Celina area residents

Texas Health Physician Offices held a grand opening at the new offices at Celina Town Center on June 16. The offices include OB/Gyn Associates and Heart First.

Celina area residents now have improved access to health care with the Texas Health Resources grand opening of Texas Health Physician Offices on June 16.
The offices are in Celina Town Center, the mall anchored by Brookshire’s Grocery Store on Preston Road.
“I’m for patient education and showing patients how you can be healthy and happy too,” Diem King, PA-C said.
She is the certified physician assistant with Texas Health Physician Offices. She works with Annelle Johnson, M.D. to provide primary care services including wellness exams, routine health care, management of chronic illnesses, pediatric primary care and immunizations.
I like to empower patients through patient education,” she added. “It’s a team effort. You meet me in the middle. It’s your health.”
Steven R. MacDonald, M.D. is one of the doctors that staffs OB/Gyn Associates.
“We’re here to help. We offer a full range of women’s health care service,” MacDonald said.
C. Edward Wells, M.D., Darrell E. Robins, M.D., John Paul Roberts, M.D., Randall J. Burt, M.D. and Marcia L. Taylor, M.D. will also be seeing patients at OB/Gyn Associates.
Brian T. Blatt, D.O., James S. Rellas, M.D., William E., Wallace, D.O., Shruti Boorla, D.O., David A. Engleman, M.D. and Shailja Parikh, M.D. provide comprehensive cardiovascular expertise for Heart First.
Texas Health Resources was the main sponsor of the Celina Balloon Festival last October.
Texas Health Physicians Group is a network of more than 650 primary and specialty care physicians. The new medical office will also provide easy access to Texas Health Resource services in other nearby cities including Prosper and Frisco.
