A Quick Pit Stop on Cox Petrol’s Facebook Could Make You the Winner of an iPad 2

DALLAS (July 5, 2012) -- Ahhh. The carefree summer road trip. The fun of the wide-open road. Road trips are a wonderful way to explore – whether the journey is an hour away or across the country -- and even enjoy family bonding time. Yet often parents of toddlers, elementary age kids and even teenagers are anxious about the car ride for fear of the dreaded “b” word: bored. From July 5 – 19, Cox Petrol wants to know what you think about car travel and making it fun. For the time you take to fill out a short survey, you will be entered into a drawing to win an iPad 2 to help you make car travel exciting for the whole family.
Steer over to www.facebook.com/coxpetrol and make your opinions known. What kind of road trip are you planning this summer? Who would be your favorite companion on your journey (and would you take the kids)? What are some of the things you do to keep kids from getting bored on the road? Are cheaper gas prices prompting you to take that road trip you’ve always dreamed about? Once you start regular road trips, everyone will get into the swing of it and actually look forward to the time in the car. Cox Petrol wants to know your idea for the ideal journey. But don’t delay. That new iPad 2 is just a ways down the road waiting for you.
Cox Petrol can be found at the four Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q locations in the Metroplex in Frisco, Allen, Denton and Arlington which are the first of some 30 stations which the company plans to convert to its brand during the next 16 months.
