Local Athlete Claims Double Honor

"Plano resident and Shelton School alum, Russell Ford, was named Academic All State by the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools for the 2011-2012 school year. This is in additon to being named Second Team All State in baseball this year for Class 3A.
Ford was captain of his high school baseball team and lead them into the playoffs for only the second time in school history. He was First Team All District after moving to centerfield this year.
