Collin Creek Mall celebrates the Olympics with Gold Medal Games for kids on Saturday, July 28

Collin Creek Mall has caught Olympic fever! In celebration, the shopping center is hosting Gold Medal Games on Saturday, July 28. Kids are invited to come and join in the sporting good fun from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The three-hour event will feature sports-themed activities and crafts. Plus, there will be a winner’s stand where parents/caregivers can photograph their future Olympic hopefuls. While supplies last, every child will receive a gold medal to take home.
“With the opening ceremonies on Friday, July 27, all of America – and the world – is going to be focused on the Olympics. Our Gold Medal Games will call attention to the competition and give kids a way to feel they are a part of the event with hands-on activities and crafts,” says Sandy LaClave, SCSM, SCMD, general manager of Collin Creek Mall.
The Gold Medal Games will be held inside Collin Creek Mall on the lower level in Center Court between Dillard’s and jcpenney. The activities are designed for children eight and under, however all ages are welcome. A parent/caregiver must remain during the event. There is no charge to attend.
