Gammon, DeVinny named all-state

The 58th Annual Texas Sports Writers Association/Collin Street Bakery Class 3A All-State Baseball Team was released Thursday morning and two Lovejoy players made the cut.
Leading the way was senior Joey Gammon.
Already named the District 11-3A MVP, Gammon was tabbed as the first team all-state designated hitter.
Junior Tanner DeVinny, a first team all-district selection at catcher, was named second team all-state for the position by the Texas Sports Writers Association.
