12-5A holds the edge over 11-5A in early going
At the end of the season, the opening round of the playoffs will pit Districts 11-5A and 12-5A against each other in the bi-district round.
The first three weeks of the 2012 season have featured plenty of potential postseason previews. Last week, Mesquite handed Naaman Forest a 37-14 defeat, while Lakeview rallied past North Mesquite for a 28-24 win.
Although the two districts split the games last week, District 12-5A currently leads the season's head-to-head series, 5-2.
