Billie Rae Fraser
Billie Rae Fraser, 76, of Lewisville, passed away Monday, October 29, 2012, in Plano.
She was born January 13, 1936, in Dublin, Texas, to Raymond Rogers and Thelma Stewart Rogers.

Billie Rae married Ray Fraser on August 24, 1957, in Abilene. He preceded her in death on September 21, 2011.

For 15 years, she volunteered with the Sick Children's Clinic in Lubbock, Texas. Full of life, she will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend, and grandmother. Billie Rae was a true example of kindness and grace.

Billie Rae is survived by her daughters, Cathy Fraser Chong and husband, Julian Maki Chong, and Kimberly Lee Thurstin and husband, Mark Gregory Thurstin, and two grandchildren, Lucy Rae Chong and Race Fraser Chong.

A memorial service to celebrate Billie Rae's life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.

The family requests memorial contributions to be made to Susan G. Komen Search for the Cure, the Amercian Stroke Association or any organization of donor's choice. For online condolences please visit www.mulkeymason.com.
