FMHS Theatre Dec. 8 Showtime with Santa features performance of The Hobbit

Children get in the spirit with holiday face painting. FMHS Theatre students assist with activities from face painting, coloring, games and serving breakfast at the annual Showtime with Santa event.

FLOWER MOUND, Texas ---- Santa and Mrs. Claus join the Flower Mound High School Dramatic Paw ‘Prents to celebrate the holidays with a special Showtime with Santa performance of The Hobbit on Saturday, Dec. 8.
An FMHS Theatre tradition, Showtime with Santa begins at 8:30 a.m. with Santa, Mrs. Claus and the actors joining the children for a continental breakfast and holiday games in the Flower Mound High School cafeteria. Performance of The Hobbit will be in the Jack and Donna Clark Auditorium.
Tickets for Showtime with Santa are $8.00 for children ages 3-12 and $10.00 for adults. The Showtime with Santa registration form is available on the Flower Mound High School Theatre website, www.fmhstheatre.com. Guests are directed to use the FMHS entrance by the Jaguars baseball field, one block south of the Peters Colony and Old Settlers Road intersection.
The FMHS Dramatic Paw ‘Prents’ special children’s performance of the magical adventure tale The Hobbit caps the morning Showtime with Santa activities. Based on the classic tale by J.R.R. Tolkien, hobbit Bilbo Baggins enjoys rousing adventure stories and his love of a good story puts him on a perilous quest that will benefit all hobbits inhabiting Middle Earth.
