Kristin Kay Cole
Kristin Kay Cole, born July 1, 1976, in Wichita, Kansas, passed away January 28, 2013, in Little Elm, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Ryan J. Cole; sons, Luke, James and Ethan; mother, Carol Ecord; father, Chuck Ecord, all of Little Elm; brother, Clint and wife Kristi Ecord; in-laws, Janet and James Cole; grandparents, Jack and Betty Sims and Pat and Elwood Ecord; sister and brother in-law Michael and Loren Cole; and loving nephews, a niece, uncles, aunts, cousins, other family and multitude of friends.
With a deep love of the outdoors, Kristin climbed fourteeners, swam, skied and biked at every opportunity. Kristin graduated from Kansas State University, MSCHE and worked for Dow Chemical. She loved to mentor and recruit from KSU, which she did throughout college and most of her career.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 1, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home, Dallas, Texas. Services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. at Restland Memorial Chapel, 10035 Greenville Ave., Dallas Texas 75243.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huntin For A Cure, P.O.
