Bobby Lee Pressnell, 64, of McKinney, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2013, peacefully at his home.
He was born on October 16, 1948, in McKinney, Texas, to Ola McClain Pressnell and John Alfred (Fred) Pressnell. On June 5, 1992, Bobby married Chandra Stone.

He graduated from McKinney High School and attended Grayson County College for two years. He was dearly loved by his coworkers and customers for 44 years at Luminator in Plano, Texas. Bobby loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter all of his life. He was a loving husband and father and never met a stranger. Bobby was notorious for assigning nicknames to many! He will be dearly missed by many.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Chandra Stone Pressnell of McKinney, Texas; son, Bobby Lee Pressnell Jr. of Durant, Okla.; daughter, Tracy Heft and her husband, Jason of McKinney, Texas; stepson, Rodney Welborn and wife, Goretti of Lakewood, Calif.; stepdaughter, Cori Welborn of Van Alstyne, Texas; one granddaughter, Alyssa Pressnell of Grand Forks, N.D.; and four grandsons, Ian Pressnell and Nathan Pressnell, both of Grand Forks N.D., Spencer Heft of McKinney, Texas, and Waylon Welborn of Lakewood, Calif.; brother, Johnny Pressnell and his wife, Linda of McKinney, Texas; and sister, Laquita Tucker of Arlington, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ola and Fred Pressnell; his sister Elsie Marie Edmonds Rittenhouse; brothers Leon Pressnell and Herald Pressnell; and nieces Kimberly Pressnell Fair and Sonja Gail Rittenhouse.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 2, 2013, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Wilson Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
