Mesquite police investigate take-over robbery

On Jan. 31 at approximately 6:15 p.m., two men entered the Main Street Munchies convenience store, located in the 800 block of E. Main Street in Mesquite, and committed a robbery. One suspect jumped the counter while the other suspect confronted customers in the store. The suspects took an undetermined amount of cash and fled in a waiting car.
