Charter maintains its course: Rowlett City Council decides now not time for revisions

The Rowlett City Council discussed adding charter revisions to the ballot in May during its work session on Tuesday, Feb. 19. The council appointed a charter review committee in November that made recommendations to the council of items that should be changed.
