iMark Realty Advisors announces partnership
From staff reports
iMark Realty Advisors of Flower Mound and Bedford Strategies and Solutions have aligned to provide specialized tax services to local business owners.
Bedford is a national leader in cost segregation studies and offers a variety of other services designed to help commercial real estate owners reduce tax liability and increase cash flow.
iMark will be marketing Bedford’s service offerings to current and new clients in the DFW and North Texas area. iMark helps clients to safely buy, sell, lease, develop and invest in commercial real estate.
"For over 25 years, I have helped clients make the best decisions on solving their commercial real estate issues. Helping clients save taxes and increase cash flow fits our mission as commercial real estate advisors."
Bruce Johnson, Partner at Bedford said, “The alignment of iMark and Bedford will add to our growth in the region. With Mark’s experience, professionalism and knowledge of the business, he will make an immediate positive impact.”
Cost segregation, energy incentives, and other specialized tax strategies have been available to commercial businesses for years. Many business owners are not aware of these tax advantages and many CPA firms are not structured to conduct the specialized studies required by the IRS.
"Cost segregation requires not only a tax expert, but construction, engineering, and financial expertise," Johnson said. Bedford is structured and staffed with all these disciplines. "Assisting local CPA Firms to provide these benefits to their clients will be a big part of our service," Glover said.
