The Plano Symphony Orchestra and Hector Guzman, conductor, will present the Five Browns concert at the Eisemann Center at 8:15 PM on Saturday, February 23.
The youthful classical music brother and sister sensation, each a virtuoso concert pianist, has appreared previously as a presentation of the Plano Symphony Orchestra. But the famous five have never appeared with the Plano Symphony Orchestra! This new program showcases The Five Browns and their five pianos in concerto performances featuring Mozart's sparkign Concerto No. 7 for Three Pianos and Poulenc's Concerto for Two Pianos. The evening includes arrangements for five pianos and orchestra of Gershwin's beloved "Rhapsody in Blue," John Williams' "Star Wars" Suite adn Saint-Saens pounding "Dance Macabre."
