Hall waits for certainty to call primary win
On Tuesday, United States District 4 Representative Ralph Hall secured the Republican nomination for his seat and a spot on the November ballot, where he will face Democrat VaLinda Hathcox for a shot at his 16th term in office. But even when a win looked likely, Hall didn’t call the race until the majority of precincts, including those in Dallas and Rockwall Counties, were in.
