Hope in contention for best song

Quinten Hope of The Colony has made the finals of the International Songwriting Competition. Out of 15,000 entries from around the world, Hope’s “Electric Gigue” off his latest CD, "Reunion," was named one of the 15 finalists in the Instrumental category.

In addition to being judged by the likes of Jeff Beck, Rob Thomas, Steve Winwood, Michael W. Smith, Timbaland, Robert Smith, Adele, and Jerry Lee Lewis for the grand prize, there is also a People’s Voice Award where fans can go online and vote once a day until March 31.
